Passionate about supporting children with Autism? Join our specialist preschool as an Educator and help children learn, grow, and thrive every day. About The Role As an Educator, you will support the delivery of high-quality, individualised early childhood education and care for children diagnosed with Autism. You will build warm, responsive relationships with children, promote positive behaviour, and create engaging, inclusive learning environments that support each child's development and learning. This will include:
- Build and maintain nurturing, positive relationships with children, supporting their wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging
- Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that support children's physical, social, emotional, language, creative, and cognitive development
- Provide high-quality care and support with daily routines, including meals, dressing, toileting, and responding to individual needs and cues
- Observing, documenting, and evaluating children's learning and development to inform programming and support positive outcomes About You: You will have experience and skills in the following:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the early childhood education and care industry
- Previous experience supporting children with additional needs is highly regarded
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Working with Children Check (NSW) and Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Food Handler Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging early learning experiences
- Child protection training and commitment to child safety
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration

The service has two dedicated therapy rooms that provide therapy to families to build their capacity to support their child.
