The Role

This is a **hands-on entry-level position** offering exposure to **both Sales and Property Management**, with the opportunity to specialise as your career develops. You’ll work closely with our Director and senior team members, gaining practical experience across real estate operations, client engagement, and market activity.

Key Responsibilities

**Sales Support**
- Prospecting and lead generation (phone calls, door knocking, networking)
- Assisting with client meetings, property inspections, and follow-ups
- Preparing market appraisals, sales materials, and property listings
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Supporting marketing campaigns and sales strategies

**Property Management Support**
- Assisting property managers with day-to-day operations and administration
- Communicating with landlords, tenants, and trades
- Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and documentation
- Updating CRM and property management systems
- Supporting leasing and general property management tasks

**Requirements**:

- **Current Certificate of Registration** (mandatory)
- **Valid driver’s licence** and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and dealing with clients
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus)
