The Opportunity

We are seeking a energetic and agile Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. Support the end to end accounts payable processing while collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

If you are a problem solver with excellent communication skills who enjoys challenges, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices daily and ensure coding and approval in workflow.

Match POs for stock invoices.

Manage and track overseas trade payments.

Process local and overseas EFT payments.

Handle Corporate Credit cards and staff expenses.

Conduct supplier reconciliations.

Build relationships with trade creditors and internal departments.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a handling high volume invoices and complex ERP systems is desirable

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
