We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to support our accounts manager.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Process documents such as Invoices, Inventory & Sales orders.

Creating Purchase orders

Match invoices with purchase orders/delivery notes.

Liaise with warehouse manager to ensure clear communication on all orders/inventory.

Assist with stock reconciliation.

Data Entry

Adhoc duties

Essential Skills:

Attention to detail with a HIGH level of accuracy.

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Ability to multitask.

Excellent communications skills

Must have solid typing skills to perform data entry.

Willingness to learn.

Positive and Open attitude.

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
