We're looking for and experienced, confident and fast-paced Barista to join our team at Industrial Harvest Cafe.
The role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a busy environment and can help guide a small team while working closely with managment.
We are a fresh and contemporary Cafe that is about bringing fresh, new and exciting Food & Coffee to the west, which has seen rapid growth in the past 10 years.
We only use top quality produce and products.
We require a Head barista who is capable of handling a fast paced setting, and provide quality coffee to our regular customers. Have sound knowledge of signgle origins, cold & batch brews, and all alternate milks. Able to comfortably handle over 50kg of coffee per week.
We have a outstanding reputation in the area, and require someone to keep our consistent high quality & standard. Leadership, Team environment, Passion, Innovation, Attitude, Thinking on the go, Enthusiasm, are all key elements and key parts of the role.
Our company is rapidly expanding and need to strengthen our team with a passionate and dedicated barista.
Some key requirements:
passion for coffee & food.
extensive knowledge of the coffee bean extraction and its origins.
high standard milk texture & latte art.
excellent personality with great customer service & customer relationships.
able to work with high volumes of coffee at a fast pace.
willing to help grow the company.
