- Prepare and manage budgets for technical projects and operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management. The Successful Applicant A Successful Site Quality Manager Should Have Degree in Food Science or related field Experience leading QA/Food Safety in high-risk FMCG Hands-on leader able to influence on the factory floor Proven ability to work cross-functionally (Operations, NPD, Maintenance and Engineering) Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Thrives in a quick-paced manufacturing environment What's On Offer
