Production Line Assistant (Rosebud)

**The Role**

We've recently invested in new equipment that will significantly increase our output and improve the way we operate. As we scale up, we're looking for extra hands to support our production team with a variety of tasks, including:

- Assembling boxes and packaging materials
- Cleaning and quality-checking products before packaging
- Boxing finished products
- General cleaning of work areas and equipment
- Capping bottles
- Assisting with the filling process
- Stock checking and counting

We primarily operate between **8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday**, but due to the nature of our business, **shift times and availability can vary significantly from week to week**.

Flux Lab is on the verge of a major growth phase, and for the right person, there may be **opportunities to transition into a more permanent role** as we continue to expand. No previous experience is required, just a valuable attitude and willingness to learn. We will provide all training on and off-site in cosmetic and personal care manufacturing.

Pay: Up to $31.20 per hour
