**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth running of service.
- Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and management.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
