**About the opportunity**

An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer is now available at Rosebrook Residential Aged Care Facility Rosebud, as the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring planned and corrective maintenance and repairs for our Residential Aged Care Home. Your ability to foster strong relationship with residents, contractors and suppliers will be a key part of making sure every day is the best it can be.
- Hands-on repairs and maintenance
- General maintenance; painting, plastering, equipment repairs, installing doors, cupboards/shelves and designing garden layout
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and re-order where required
- Respond to maintenance issues, including requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

**To be successful, you will have**
- Experience in maintenance and grounds duties, preferably in an aged care environment
- Relevant Certificate IV qualification and/or significant relevant experience
- Current valid drivers' licence
- Evidence of Australian work rights
- NDIS workers Screen (or willing to obtain)
- 2024 Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
- A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role
