About the Role:

As a Cafe Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a dynamic team. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on more responsibility in the café industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth running of service.

Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and effective manner.

Train, motivate, and develop team members.

Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and management.

Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

About You:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.

Experience in managing stock, ordering, and inventory control.

Adaptable and reliable, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays.
