After-Care delivers care to people living on the Mornington Peninsula, City of Frankston and surrounding areas. Our team is built on employees at all levels of the company having first-hand experience providing care to frail older people and people with a disability. What's involved?

This position involves providing excellent care and support to client's of After-Care who live with an age-related ailment or disability.

As as After-Care carer you will assist clients with: Personal Care Meal Preparation Transport Community Access Domestic Assistance Household tasks In-home respite care

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Minimum Certificate III Individual Support Previous experience in Aged Care or disability required, home care desirable High level of written and verbal communication and customer service Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team Understanding and commitment to person-centred practices Ability to utilise smartphone applications

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 – $42.69 per hour

Licence/Certification: Certificate in Individual Support (Preferred)

Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
