Job Description

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing blending, storage, and dispatch operations at our Maroota site. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, productive, and compliant site performance, while leading and developing a small team to meet production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance


- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS/OHS requirements
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, and risks
- Support audits and ensure adherence to site and industry standards People & Leadership


- Lead, supervise, and develop a small team
- Conduct training, toolbox talks, and performance management
- Drive a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Operations (Blending, Storage & Dispatch)


- Coordinate daily blending, storage, and dispatch activities
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements
- Manage inventory, stock movements, and documentation
- Oversee receival and dispatch processes, including weighbridge activities
- Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to optimise performance
- Operate mobile equipment (forklift, loader) as required Skills & Experience


- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or bulk handling environments
- Proven leadership and people management capability
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with plant or equipment
- Forklift and/or front-end loader licences (required)
- Sound computer skills (MS Office or similar systems) How to Apply
