- Start Time: 6:00 AM sharp.
- Location: Rouse Hill (Easy parking available).
- Status: Casual/ full time Key Responsibilities
- Expert Merchandising: Professional-level display setup and stock replenishment to ensure the shop floor looks premium.
- Quality Control & Rotation: Strict adherence to FIFO and a sharp eye for identifying and managing stock quality issues.
- Efficient Handling: Safely and quickly unloading and moving crates of produce.
- Operational Standards: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to industry standards.
- Customer Engagement: Providing knowledgeable assistance to shoppers. Requirements
- Proven Experience: Prior experience specifically in a greengrocer or fresh produce department is essential.
- Reliability: You must be highly punctual and ready to start at 6:00 AM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle repetitive heavy lifting and a fast-paced work environment.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of seasonal produce and quality standards.
