Are you a multi-talented professional with exceptional administration skills and exposure to accounts, sales and marketing? We're looking for someone like you to join our team as a Part-time Administration Assistant working on site Monday to Friday.
Australian Flooring Systems (AFS) is a major player in the decorative flooring industry. Our administration assistant will be assisting our Sales Manager and Administration Manager with the growth and success of the business.
**Key Responsibilities** (but not limited to):
- Provide high quality administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in the preparation and management of accounts using Xero and Unleashed
- Support marketing initiatives with creative ideas using Canva
- Manage inventory and stock takes
- Maintain databases
- Create and maintain a variety of reports
**About You**:
- Proven experience in administration roles with exposure to accounts, marketing and sales
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant tools
- Knowledge and use of Xero and Unleashed will be beneficial
- Ability to work independently
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
