**Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker for NDIS Participants**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Female Support Worker** to join our team in supporting NDIS participants based in the Kellyville Ridge.

**Role**: Female Support Worker **Location**: Kellyville Ridge **Type**: Casual (fixed hours)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care and support to NDIS participants
- Assist with daily living activities
- Support with social and community participation
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic tasks
- Foster independence and build positive relationships with participants
- Maintain accurate and timely records of support activities

About You:

- **Female (a genuine requirement of the role under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977)** due to personal care and privacy needs of the participants
- Experience working with NDIS participants or in a similar role is preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for making a difference
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- WWCC
- A valid driver’s license and own transportation (Essential)
- Australian Working Rights
