Retail Assistant (Part-time) (Rouse Hill)

Bladez & Co is seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team at our Rouse Hill location. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers with their grooming and retail needs in a rapid-paced, stylish environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with product selections and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized store environment
- stock take fortnightly
- Merchandise once a week and maintain a pleasant experience
- Support barbers with general customer service and appointment management
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- 1 year experience needed in a retail fashion store and or sneaker store
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
- Previous retail or salon/barbershop experience is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15
- 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
