Could you be the Trade Assistant in Rouse Hill we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

We’ll look to you for:

- Adopting a flexible approach to work practices and competency-based skills i.e. do what trained, assessed, and deemed competent to do to provide full flexibility based upon competence and skills provided
- Assisting in refurbishment and modification of rolling stock including the replacement and upgrading of components and systems
- Complying with all relevant safety rules, Work instructions, Protected Systems of Works, and Depot Traffic Controller Shift Supervisors/Team Leaders/Engineers instructions
- Assisting in the preparation of Safe Systems of Work, Rule Changes, Risk Assessments and carrying out Safety Management checks as required
- Compiling accurate examination sheets, modification records, and other relevant documentation
- utilising appropriate IT systems or relevant paper-based documents.

- Railway industry experience is preferred
