Foreman (Rouse Hill)

Atom Resources provides recruitment services to the building, construction and engineering industries across Sydney. We are currently looking for Civil Foreman or Supervisors looking for work in Sydney. We have permanent opportunities all over Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Forecasting and programming
- Managing labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
- Effective leadership of the construction team
- Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
- Start ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
- Mitigating and incident reports

**What you need**:

- Experience in Civil Construction including Earthworks, Civil Infrastructure & Subdivision projects, including Road/Pavement Construction, Storm water/Drainage, Asset Utilities and Services
- Experience with RMS and Integrated Management System compliance
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Focus on maintaining strong HSE&Q; culture
- Must IT literate to complete reports and associated documentation
