- Have a good understanding of various kitchen operations, equipment and procedures
- Have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Have attention to details and good time management skills
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Are familiar with industry’s best practices and workplace health, safety and hygiene
- Can work well with team, and independently
- Can work 7-day rotating roster, both AM and PM shifts and Public Holidays
- Own Transport as there is no public transport ON OFFER
- The ability to forward any ideas and speak your mind
