Storage Administrator (Forest Glen)

We're looking for a superstar Storage Facility Administrator to join our growing self-storage team! You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our facility operates efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and tackling storage sales with a smile.

- Be the face of our facility, greeting customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Answer phone inquiries, process payments, and manage move-in/move-out procedures
- Assist with daily financial tasks and customer account administration
- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure storage environment
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented team atmosphere
