Childcare 2ic - Full Time Role (Rouse Hill)

KT OOSH has a full time role for a 2IC/Responsible Person at our existing Rouse Hill Before & After School Care Service. We pride ourselves on being a fun, supportive, dynamic team who engage and create programs with our children based on their needs and interests.

Our Services provide primary school aged children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a secure and secure environment.

You will be working alongside a team of professionals who pride themselves in providing high quality childcare services with interest based programs for children and the community.

You will receive all the training and support you need from our experienced management team and will be provided with a complimentary uniform.

**About the role**: This role is for someone who is able to work morning, afternoon, and vacation care shifts with a great work life balance in the middle of the day to do your own thing. You will need to work well within a team as well as someone who can be relied upon to autonomously complete their role to the best of their ability.

Your role reports directly to the Nominated Supervisor and offers a balance of time with the children and 8 hours per week off the floor time/Work from home to complete admin tasks.

As Responsible Person you will have various operational duties and management responsibilities, as well as interacting with the children.

You will be continually supported by your Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader and General Manager and work alongside a team of Educators who believe that educator wellbeing and support is of the utmost importance to provide ongoing high-quality care for our children.
- Previous experience working with children
- Previous experience as a Responsible Person preferred
- Work well under pressure, are proactive and a self-starter
- Be comfortable leading and working as part of a team focused on the children's wellbeing
- Be passional about developing happy, capable, and confident children through an engaging program
- Have lots of energy and a positive attitude
- Hold a Working with Children Check
- NSW Police Check
- Have excellent written, communication and relationship building skill
- Evidence of COVID vaccinations

**Salary**: From $64,000.00 per year
