Warehouse Supervisor (Rouse Hill)

Team Leadership: Managing shift rosters, delegating daily tasks to pickers, and training recent staff on safety and equipment.

Logistics Coordination: Working with the Operations Manager to ensure that all route trucks are loaded and ready to depart on schedule.

Safety (WHS) Compliance: Ensuring all staff follow Work Health and Safety protocols, especially regarding manual handling and forklift operation.

Inventory Auditing: Leading regular "cycle counts" or full stocktakes to reconcile physical inventory with the electronic records.

Equipment Maintenance: Scheduling repairs for warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.02
- $44.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
