Property Manager (Kellyville Ridge)

Urban Real Estate is looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated Property Manager to oversee our growing residential portfolio.

**This position will see you;**
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Managing arrears
- Liaising and building relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting routine inspections and detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Overseeing relevant marketing strategies for the rental portfolio
- Managing termination notices and attending tribunal hearings

**To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate;**
- A positive attitude! Be energetic and have a passion for all things Property Management!
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Success in dealing with complex property management issues
- High level of communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a drive and passion for Property Management
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Min. 1 years previous experience working as a Property Manager
- Reliable motor vehicle and valid drivers license

Pay: $65,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
