URGENT HIRING
- Community/Disability Support Worker
Availability:
- MUST BE OPEN TO ACCEPT 2 HOUR SERVICES.
- Must be adaptable from Monday to Friday.
- Must be available between 6:30am to 8:30am, and 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Potentially 5 days a week. Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably driving .
- Current full Australian driver’s license and own car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Must have a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.

About the role: Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
- Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
- Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas. This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
