Assistant in Nursing - NDIS Home Supports (Rouse Hill)

Sanctuary Care Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable AIN / Disability Support Worker to join our team supporting a young female participant in Rouse Hill. Location: Rouse Hill Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Every Second Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm Future awake overnight shifts may also become available About the Participant
- 24-year-old female
- Non-verbal
- Complex care support required Shift Responsibilities Include Completing handover with participant's mother Wearing face mask/PPE on shift Personal care including pad changes Monitoring oxygen levels every 15 minutes Assisting with medications Managing feed bag top ups and changes Providing support within the home as needed Completing end-of-shift handover We Are Looking For Someone Who: ✅ Has experience with complex care or high intensity supports ✅ Is calm, compassionate and attentive ✅ Has excellent communication and documentation skills ✅ Is reliable and comfortable working closely with family supports ✅ Holds relevant qualifications/checks Minimum of 2 years experience in complex care or high intensity supports is required. Essential Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Driver's Licence & reliable transport
- Experience in disability or aged care highly regarded
