Bindery Operator Day Or Afternoon Shift Forest Glen

LEP Colour Printers is one of Australia's leading trade printers, operating across Queensland and Victoria with a strong national presence. We are currently seeking experienced Bindery Operators to join our Sunshine Coast team in a full-time role.

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for operating a wide range of bindery equipment to produce high-quality finished print products. Your experience and attention to detail will play a key role in meeting customer expectations and production deadlines.

Equipment includes:

Guillotines

Folding machines

Stitchers

Cylinder and platen machines (highly regarded but not essential)

Shifts available:

Day Shift

Full-time position

Flexible hours available and negotiable with the successful applicant

Proven experience in bindery operations

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

Commitment to quality, efficiency, and meeting deadlines

Experience across a range of bindery machinery
