For more details, you can visit our website here We are looking for a cook to join our team Roles and responsibilities include:
· Inspecting ingredients and finished dishes to make sure they meet quality and presentation standards.
· Monitoring and adjusting temperatures on ovens, grills and other kitchen equipment to ensure protected, effective cooking.
· Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and service requirements.
· Enhancing dishes with appropriate seasoning during the cooking process.
· Dividing food into correct serving sizes, arranging it attractively on plates and applying sauces, garnishes or finishing touches.
· Storing food items properly in fridges, freezers and other chilled areas to maintain freshness and safety.
· Adjusting food preparation and cooking techniques to cater for special dietary needs and requests. You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply. Skills and Qualifications:
· AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) Experience:
· 1 year minimum experience as a Cook or a related field. Location
