Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker for NDIS Participants

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in supporting NDIS participants based in the Kellyville Ridge.

Role: Female Support Worker

Location: Kellyville Ridge

Type: Casual (fixed hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to NDIS participants

Assist with daily living activities

Support with social and community participation

Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic tasks

Foster independence and build positive relationships with participants

Maintain accurate and timely records of support activities

About You:

Female (a genuine requirement of the role under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977) due to personal care and privacy needs of the participants

Experience working with NDIS participants or in a similar role is preferred

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for making a difference

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

WWCC

A valid driver’s license and own transportation (Essential)
