Landscaper / Qualified or 3rd–4th Year Apprentice (Cattai)

About Us Elite Landscaping & Maintenance Co. is a growing landscaping business based in the Hawkesbury, servicing Sydney's North-West. We work across the Hills District, Hawkesbury, and Hornsby — taking on everything from high-end landscape construction (retaining walls, paving, hardscaping, excavation) through to quality garden maintenance contracts on some of the best properties in the area. We work hard, do good work, and look after our people. ─── About the Role We're looking for a qualified Landscaper — or someone in their 3rd or 4th year — to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. One week you might be laying retaining walls; the next, working on a high-end maintenance contract. You'll be expected to put your hand to whatever the job needs and take genuine pride in the result. Day-to-day you'll be involved in:
- Landscape construction — retaining walls, paving, concreting, softscaping
- Excavation and earthworks support
- Garden maintenance — mowing, hedging, tree trimming, spraying
- Greenwaste removal and site clean-ups
- Working as part of a team to deliver quality on every job ─── What We're Looking For Must-have:
- Certificate III in Landscaping (or currently completing 3rd/4th year apprenticeship)
- 2+ years hands-on landscaping experience
- Current driver's licence and own reliable transport to Cattai / job sites
- Genuine work ethic and a positive attitude
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a robust team player
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Nice to have:
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- LR or HR truck licence
- Machinery experience (excavator, bobcat, Dingo, skid steer)
- Experience towing a trailer
- Local to the Hills or Hawkesbury area ─── What We Offer
