The opportunity We're looking for a reliable, switched-on Admin All-Rounder to join our Customer Service team on a part-time basis — 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays). Experience in the blinds/building industry is desirable, and a background in order entry is essential. Candidates must have 2-3 years of proven order entry experience. Order entry experience in manufacturing or building industry is preferred. The role will evolve over time, giving you the opportunity to grow with us. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:
- Entering and managing orders in our online system
- Providing administrative support to the Sales/Marketing teams
- Delivering excellent customer service — on every interaction
- Assisting with MYOB and financial admin
- Database entry and CRM management
- General filing and office administration What we're looking for
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and some MYOB experience
- Data entry level proficiency in MYOB is required
- Previous experience in customer and/or supplier-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail
- A genuine team player — we all wear a few hats here, and that's what makes it work
- Current, valid driver's licence
- Punctuality and reliability — these matter to us and to our customers
