- Hold or studying towards a Diploma or Degree level (Bachelor or Masters) qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Have a comprehensive understanding and a commitment to uphold child safe policies and codes of conduct.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Effective communicator with team members, management, children and families.
- First aid certificate or willingness to attend paid in house first aid training.
- Ability to obtain a paid and verified Working with Children's Check.
