**O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville** is a proud family of quality-focused trade service professionals and is seeking a couple of enthusiastic and friendly members to join in the** Customer Service Team**. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager our representatives are trained and developed into an experienced, confident customer service agents.

The position is varied, where no two days are the same, yet clearly defined so you will know your responsibilities and be able to manage your time accordingly.

**This position will have responsibility for the following**:

- Phone answering inbound calls to **O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville**:

- Supporting customer satisfaction through enquiry first time resolution where possible
- Redirection of calls and messages to key staff members
- Ensuring payment and feedback on all newly completed jobs
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff
- General filing and admin functions, including data entry
- Stock control including ordering and receipting
- Client customer satisfaction surveys
