- Keep the work site clean and tidy
- Daily reporting on staff, property & equipment issues
- Creating and managing team members' rosters
- Managing stock orders
- Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S;
- Coordinate and supervise team members

Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.

**To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have**:

- Have a strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent presentation
- Must be reliable, flexible and adaptable
- Good command of English language
- A police clearance certificate, Tax file number, and Superannuation are required

**Full-Time shifts available**:

- Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM

- Minimum of 2 years’ supervising experience
- Proven high level of customer service and management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving, strong analytical and project management skills
- Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
