Proven experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable position

Proficiency in Xero (essential)

Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

About the role:

Processing and reconciling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions

Managing invoicing, credit notes, and payment allocations

Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements

Following up on overdue accounts with professionalism and tact

Supporting month-end processes and reporting

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
