We have an exciting prospect to join Twinings and Co as a Finance Reporting Analyst. This newly created role will be supporting the accurate, timely and transparent information on the financial performance of the business to enable management to make informed decisions. This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data including Power BI Report creation, coordination of the Monthly, Forecasting & Budgeting reporting requirements. The role balances analytical requirements with financial accounting requirements, providing support to the Finance & Finance Business Partnering team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Power BI Champion
- create and automate standard reporting and dashboards to track business performance and KPI’s
- Coordination of total business Month End, Forecasting & Budgeting reporting requirements, including inputs & reconciliations in PAL, Blueshift ONE & Business Central
- Preparation of Monthly Overheads expenditure, Forecasting & Budgeting and assist with commentary for management reporting and group submissions
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects and performance of other duties
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Degree in Business/ Accounting or related discipline
- 2-4 years relevant accounting/ analyst experience
- Experience in FMCG would be high advantageous
- Solid experience in Power BI report creation
- Experience using Financial Accounting systems and ERP
- Willingness to work both in a team and independently
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Adaptable communication style and can establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
