We have an exciting opportunity to join Twinings & Co as a Category & Insights Analyst in a high performing Category & Insights Team. Reporting to the Category & Channel Growth Manager, you will be responsible for providing specific data sets to support internal and external processes to maximize category growth and business performance. Well suited for someone passionate in data and analysis, you will support growing the tea, coffee and food drink category development through meaningful data insights supporting key business processes including range reviews, brand plans, Integrated Business Planning and Joint Business Plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive market performance analysis and reporting to provide input into key business rhythms to drive category and brand growth
- Provide specific data sets to support internal and external business processes including range reviews, 5 year plans, brand plans, NPD performance etc.
- Manage the relationship and budget with data agency providers (eg. IRI /Quantium)

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Strong analytical skills developed through using scan and customer panel data to help both retailers and manufacturers make customer/shopper led decisions (experience with data agencies such as IRI, Nielsen, Quantium or in data driven Category Development or Insights roles)
- Ability to turn multiple data sets into easy-to-understand stories and actionable recommendations
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing desirable
