**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Delivering **outstanding customer service and sales**:

- Managing daily stock levels and restocking shelves
- Educating customers and providing expert product advice
- The day-to-day operations of running retail store.
- Opening/closing the store and balancing tills
- Meeting sales targets and maintaining store efficiency
- Handling customer inquiries, including wholesale support
- Assisting with in-store promotional materials and displays
- Performing ad-hoc duties as requested by management

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in **food retail, hospitality, or customer service** preferred
- **Outstanding sales and communication skills**:

**Availability**:

- **Casual role: 3-4 days per week, including alternate weekends**
