We work closely with NDIS participants, aged care clients, Occupational Therapists, and funding bodies to deliver high-quality assistive technology that improves independence and everyday living.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a relationship-driven professional to strengthen our presence within allied health and funding networks.

About the Role

This is a Business Development-focused position centred on:

Funding providers

Occupational Therapists

Allied health professionals

Care coordinators and assessors

Your priority will be building trusted referral relationships and positioning PLEGA as a preferred assistive technology partner.

While relationship development is core, the role also includes active involvement in:

Direct client sales (private and self-funded)

Funding-based sales (NDIS, Home Care Packages and similar pathways)

You will guide clients through equipment selection, support funding processes, and help convert referrals into completed outcomes.

About You

Robust relationship-builder with professional confidence

Comfortable engaging clinicians and funding bodies

Organised and consistent in follow-up

Commercially aware and capable of closing appropriately

Experience in disability, aged care or healthcare highly regarded

You understand that sustainable growth in this sector is built on trust and reliability — not aggressive selling.
