As we continue to expand across Australia and beyond, we're seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our dynamic team and contribute to our growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting the sales and technical teams with documentation and scheduling.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and customer records.
- Supporting onboarding of new staff and coordinating internal communications.
- Liaising with external suppliers, customers, and partners when required.
- Ensuring smooth running of office systems and administrative procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office coordinator role (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite would be advantageous.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-focused mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Full working rights in Australia.
