About the Role

We are a well-established Bakers Delight franchise looking for a Qualified Baker to join our Balmain team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, suited to someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and delivers consistent quality every day.

Key Responsibilities Mixing, shaping, and baking products to Bakers Delight standards Managing production to meet daily demand in a fast-paced environment Leading by example and supporting junior team members Training and mentoring apprentices and staff Maintaining product quality, consistency, and presentation Ensuring strict food safety and hygiene compliance Cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas to a high standard Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

About You Qualified Baker (Cert III in Baking or equivalent) Experience in a high-volume or franchise bakery environment Ability to work early starts (varies 12am–10am), weekends, and public holidays Strong work ethic with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude Reliable, punctual, and thrives under pressure High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
