About the Role Reporting to our hatted Head Chef, Ben Sitton, you will ignite your passion for excellence in product and execution. Working along side our senior kitchen team you will support all aspects of kitchen operations and service. Your contribution will play a crucial role in defining the service culture and guest experience. Your Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of your section and kitchen including but not limited to food cogs, food safety program and menu development.
- Accountable for all aspects of section operations.
- Responsible for delivering exceptional delivery of standard, consistency of product.
- Responsible for kitchen presentation and cleanliness.
- Ensures the venue is compliant which may include the completion of HEM Protected inspections. About you
- 2+ years' experience in a Hatted or premium venue
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation. Why us?
