Duties include:
- Conduct professional client consultations
- Learn and deliver the full suite of endota massage and body treatments following structured protocols
- Design and deliver fully customised body massages
- Create a genuine connection to deliver the best & address concerns
- Document effective treatment plans & homecare
- Maintain endota service standards & values
- Be certified in the full range of endota massages and spa packages
- Participation in ongoing training

- Candidates must hold either a Certificate IV or Diploma qualification in massage therapy to be eligible for this position
- Excellent customer service standards
- Exemplary work ethic and reliability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to nurture long term client relationships and be a great team player
