We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to support our morning and lunch service at our flagship Rozelle café. This is a diverse, hands-on position suited to a chef/cook who thrives in a premium café environment and is ready to contribute to the menu offering, working in close partnership with the Group Executive Chef and Hot Kitchen Head Chef. Key responsibilities

- Support the daily breakfast and lunch service at the flagship Rozelle café
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes to LODE standards
- Maintain consistency, speed and precision during busy weekend services
- Contribute to the menu in collaboration with the Hot Kitchen Chef and Group Executive Chef
- Support menu development, refinement and seasonal updates
- Ensure food quality, portion control and presentation standards are met
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organisation and hygiene compliance
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and wastage control
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene and WH&S; requirements
- Work collaboratively with FOH and leadership teams to support service flow About you You will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef/Cook in a premium café setting
- Strong breakfast and lunch cookery skills
- Prior Bakery experience highly regarde
- Experience working high-volume weekend services
- Ability to work independently and own a service and section
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for quality, consistency and thoughtful execution What we offer

- $75,000 – $80,000 + super, depending on experience
