At Achieve Australia, we are looking for a Designer to elevate our visual storytelling and enhance our brand across digital and print platforms. You'll play a key role in crafting compelling graphics for our website, social media, events, EDMs, and more, ensuring that every visual piece aligns with our brand and speaks to our audience. Applications must include a portfolio showcasing your work.

What you will do:

- Design eye-catching graphics and layouts for digital and print media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive and engaging content.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies (Adobe, Canva, AI).
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leverage social listening and insights to enhance visual content strategies.
- Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards, accessibility guidelines, and brand consistency.
- Visit Achieve sites to understand our clients and employees, shaping meaningful design solutions.

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience in design within Marketing, Comms and/or Advertising teams.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and, AI-powered design tools.
- Ability to create content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Exceptional attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, resourceful mindset
- you find solutions and stay ahead of the game.
- Knowledge of the for-purpose and disability sector is a plus.
