We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Concession Store Manager to drive the team based in our Macquarie Myer David Lawrence concession store on a part time basis!

We have a exciting prospect for an experienced Part time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs and David Lawrence brands. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within your three concession stores, responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;

Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;

Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;

Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;

Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;

Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;

An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;

A huge passion for fashion;

Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and

Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
