- Certified industry qualifications
- Your professional PT experience
- Total PT hours delivered across your career Earning Potential: With PT delivery ranging from 20–40 hours per week, annual earnings range from up to $196,000, depending on level and experience. - Delivering exceptional experiences through our Next Steps™ induction programme
- Leading high-quality gym floor sessions including HIIT and PT-led expert workshops
- Building powerful and lasting relationships with members
- Growing a strong and sustainable PT client base
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a premium gym floor environment
- Supporting opening/closing responsibilities as rostered Essential Criteria
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR
- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- High energy, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset Desirable
