- Utilising software like Procore for estimating purposes.
- Conducting site visits as required.
- Precisely measuring projects using plans, photos, and provided notes.
- Maintaining consistent communication with subcontractors throughout projects.
- Compiling and submitting tenders, encompassing both price and non-price information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Projects is advantageous.
- Flexibility to attend site meetings is essential.
