**What you will do**:

- Develop creative, persuasive, and inclusive copy that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to create impactful messaging for web, social media, EDMs, and marketing materials.
- Stay on top of industry trends, social listening insights, and best practices to craft content that resonates with our audience.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with inclusive language principles.
- Balance creativity with data-driven insights to optimise engagement and conversions.
- Visit Achieve sites to engage with clients and employees, gaining valuable insights to inform content.

***What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in copywriting within a Comms and Marketing team or agency.
- Expertise in crafting social media content, advertising copy, EDMs, long/short-form content, video scripts, and event/presentation materials.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms, with experience in community engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Brandwatch, HubSpot, Creator Studio, Canva) and SEO techniques.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment—if you don’t know the answer, you find it!
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance creativity and content strategy.
- Understanding of inclusive language, plain English principles, and the disability sector.
