Based in West Ryde, we are growing our dynamic team and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in a **hybrid Real Estate Agent / Sales Assistant** role.

**The Opportunity**

This is an ideal role for either a **motivated Sales Assistant ready to grow into a Real Estate Agent** role or an **experienced Agent** looking for a supportive environment with strong earning potential. You will play a key part in both client support and active sales, learning the business end-to-end while contributing directly to sales success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist lead agents with property campaigns and open homes
- Conduct buyer callbacks, inspections, and client follow-ups
- Manage listings: from scheduling photography to preparing floorplans and marketing
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and trades
- Build and manage relationships with clients to generate leads and listings
- Negotiate and close property transactions (for licensed agents)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English; fluency in an Asian language is highly valued
- Polished presentation and excellent verbal/written communication
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Driver’s licence required
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
