THE POSITION Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning Responsible for maintaining food safety documents Stock control and rotation

THE PERSON Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S; Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture NPC: Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
